UAD 3.6 Resource Center

What is UAD 3.6?

The Uniform Appraisal Dataset (UAD) 3.6 modernizes residential appraisal reporting by introducing a more dynamic, data-driven framework designed to improve consistency, data quality, and flexibility across appraisal submissions.

Instead of static forms, UAD 3.6 transitions toward a property data standard aligned with the future of appraisal reporting.

Beginning November 2, 2026 all new UCDP submissions must be in UAD 3.6.

Midwest Appraisal Management is committed to helping both lenders and appraisers prepare for implementation with practical guidance and real-world support.
